Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policy
Delivery Provider & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged at the post office, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

Estimated Shipping Times
  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days for major cities; up to 10 business days for rural areas.

  • Express Shipping: 1 business day for major cities; up to 5 business days for rural areas.

Please note that these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

2. Returns & Cancellations
Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days. You have the right to cancel your order or return a product within 30 days of receiving your goods. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

  • Personalized goods or items made to your specifications.

  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery or are inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).

3. Refunds
Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually within 30 days of receipt).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info [a] lashia . au to begin the process.

5. Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
